TJR says

Super tame servings in this new fangled R n B style, almost as if recoiling from the semi-bravery of the preceding “Innervisions”. Earned Grammy Awards galore though! He won for Best Male Pop Vocal, Best Male Rhythm and Blues Vocal Performance (for “Boogie On Reggae Woman”), and for Album of the Year in 1974. Stevie knows his game well. New fangled R n B is here to stay I think.
