TJR says

The third consecutive Top 3 album for the cheery Elvis wannabe, who was having a wail of a time around about now. Amazing to think this was his eleventh album - the 34-year-old had been grafting away for many a year, who could deny him his pay-off? The set introduces his new four piece horn section, The Rumour Brass. Shaky wrote five of these himself, including the number one smash, “Oh Julie”, the album's lead single. The LP houses three further hits in the shape of “Shirley” (Apr-82, #6), “Give Me Your Heart Tonight” (Aug-82, #11) and “I’ll Be Satisfied” (Oct-82, #10).
