TJR says

Arriving in September '78 was Joan Armatrading's fifth long-player, in collaboration with producer Glyn Johns for the third year-in-a-row. It's not a bad album - the reggae tinged “Bottom To The Top” and the soulful “Let It Last” are both fantastic. Alas, the set meanders too often into AOR for my taste, but she's easily forgiven due to that cool, unique and laid back vocal style of hers.
