The 37-year-old's second LP of 1972, and his third and final gospel album following on from “His Hand In Mine” (1960) and “How Great Thou Art” (1967). It differs from these in that contemporary writers give the material a modern feeling, although it's all the same lyrical nonsense to me, and the music's as dull as it comes, the perky “I, John” excepted. It earned him his second of three Grammy Awards though, which just goes to show you…
