TJR says

Released in April, 1960. Recorded between 1957 and 1960 - almost a new music album but discounted since 3 of the 12 tracks were pooled from his 1957 debut LP. Eight tracks were released as singles, with “Three Steps to Heaven” appearing as a b-side. The 3 tracks that repeat from 1957’s LP are “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You”, “Lovin’ Time” and “Tell Me Why”. All five singles that appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 are included, with the teen anthem “Summertime Blues” being the only time Cochran made the top ten.
