“Déjà Vu” by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young - album review
features in: Album Chart of 1970 ● Album Chart of the Decade: 1970s ● 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die |
Second album from the popular combo, slightly more enjoyable than the first, and now including Neil Young as a fourth quoted member. The songwriting is split evenly between the quartet, and they include a cover of “Woodstock” (Joni Mitchell, 1970) like the good scenesters they are. That was one of three Top 30 hits from the LP, the others being “Teach Your Children” and “Our House”.
